Hi, I'm Sami. I fell in love with the slow, patient craft of naturally leavened bread – the alchemy of flour, water, and time. Each loaf is a small hearth: warm, nourishing, and meant to be shared.
My approach centers on heritage grains, long fermentation, and seasonal ingredients. Thank you for inviting my bread to your table.
